My yoga practice builds toward skillful movement, not trophy poses. This practice is:
- GENTLE: while you can choose to work incredibly hard, the pace will always favor people who are newer to yoga or need time to tailor the practice to their bodies
- ACCESSIBLE: I used English words to describe movements and breath work, and offer options that allow all bodies to feel supported
- INFORMED: Alignment choices are influenced by biomechanics and scientific study in human anatomy
- EXPLORATORY: Explanations are provided throughout class, and questions and discussion are welcome at any time
